I would assume that it is. In fact, when I read your question, I realized that I’ve been treating them both the same; dark leafy greens like that taste better to me organic than not, in the same way that strawberries are just not the same with red 40, and all plumped up with water. The pesticide issue to my mind would be the same for both, even if it isn’t specified here.
While I’m thinking about it, kale blends really well into a yogurt smoothie with raspberries, blueberries and apple cider as well as makes awesome baked kale chips. Spinach is fun, but I’m on the fence about how healthy it is to eat it primarily in Swimming Rama, smothered in peanut sauce…<3

I recently saw a list of must-buy organics in a parent magazine. Then when I was nearing the end of the Master Cleanse I looked for the list (which I had cut out and put somewhere “safe”). Thanks for replacing the lost list for me! Do you think kale would be in there with spinach?
